Shipping & Returns

What payment methods are accepted for orders?

The following forms of payment are accepted: American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Your Credit card will be initially booked for the whole estimated amount of your order, and only charged once the goods have been shipped. We guarantee your order's privacy and security over the web, with all transactions utilizing an SSL secure server connection.


Which countries do you ship to?

Right now we're only shipping within the US and UK, but are working to open our doors internationally pretty soon so stay tuned!


When will my items be shipped?

In stock orders received prior to 12:00pm, Eastern Time will be shipped on the same business day.

Orders received after 12:00pm, Eastern Time will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders with backordered product will ship complete as soon as all products are available.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a detailed list of items in your order and a tracking number.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Orders for in stock product can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges must be preauthorized and have a Return Authorization number. Please email us to obtain a Return Authorization number at TAstore@tripadvisor.com. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

The return or exchange of made to order products occurs at the discretion of TripAdvisor. Please contact us at TAstore@tripadvisor.com

 

What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?

Items must be in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.

 

Defective items

Items that are damaged or defective when received may be returned within 60 days of purchase.

 

Shipping the return item

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  Return your package via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or US mail insured with tracking capability. (CODs not accepted.) 

 

How can I receive a refund for my order?

Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice mailed to you or the email receipt will be accepted. Please allow up to 2 weeks for a credit card refund once the returned item has been received. 

 

Purchases with coupon (promotion code)

Returns for products purchased with a coupon will be given a 30 day store credit to use toward other merchandise in the TripAdvisor store only.  Coupon codes are only redeemable online at the TripAdvisor Store. Coupon codes are not valid on tripadvisor.com or any TripAdvisor affiliate sites. Coupon codes may be used only once. Coupon codes expire on the date included in the communication from TripAdvisor with the coupon code. Coupon codes are not valid for cash or cash equivalent, on purchase for gift cards or previously purchased merchandise. Coupon codes may not be combined with any other offers.
